In the early 1990’s, Robert Shor DPM realized most of his patients’ shoes and inserts weren’t correctly fitted. This spurred Dr. Shor to start SureFit, the first turnkey solution designed specifically for podiatrists and their patients who need diabetic footwear.

We have a dedicated team who reviews each order, correcting issues before shipping. This solves the most common problems and limits returns, which can be frustrating for patients and staff. If a patient or practice is not satisfied, we take shoes back at no charge and reship the correct pair.

In addition, billing support, DME application assistance, reimbursement solutions and specialists who ensure customers are up to date with latest Medicare policy are some of the other ways we help keep your practice running smoothly.
