We provide total support so you do not have to deal with a third party
billing service. A SureFit claims specialist is assigned to your account
and works directly with your billing staff. Upon dispensing of the therapeutic
footwear your staff faxes an easy to complete billing information form
to their specialist. The claim is reviewed to verify that the information
is complete and the coding is accurate. Necessary corrections are made
prior to submission to assure a clean claim. The claim is then transmitted
electronically directly to the proper regional DME carrier. Payment
turnaround is a quick 14 to 21 days. The quick payment turnaround time
and our 30-day credit terms provide your practice with a positive cash flow.
Code Changes and Medicare Updates
Medicare periodically changes procedure or modifier codes, as well as
other claim submission criteria. Our Medicare Resource Center constantly
monitors these changing requirements. This assures your practice that your
claims meet current requirements and will process trouble free.
Your claims specialist will also update your staff on recent changes
including allowable fee schedules.
Low Cost
The service fee is a low flat fee of $1.50 per claim. Less than the cost of a
claim form, envelope, postage and the staff time to prepare and review
the claim. This reduced fee applies only to claims processing of products
supplied by SureFit. A great billing option providing low cost, reliability,
and quick payment turnaround.
Free Billing Assistance
When a practice desires to prepare and submit their own claims SureFit
can help. A billing specialist will provide your staff with educational
materials and sample claim forms. In addition, the initial claims generated
by your staff are reviewed by a specialist to assure an error free submission.
