- 3D-Lite is an open weave polyester material, impregnated with a non-toxic resin to form an innovative low temperature thermoplastic.
- Cut-4-Custom consists of anterior and posterior panels in pre-cut shapes, ready for you to custom mold to the patient anatomy.
- It arrives in a flat rigid state, ready for you to apply heat (heat gun or place in 160 degree oven) to soften and custom mold to patient.
- Straps are pre-attached but easily removed and relocated to accommodate patient anatomy.
- Various heights to accommodate prescription requirements.
- Becomes soft -ready to mold to patient contours in less than 10 minutes. May be re-heated, flattened, and reformed!
- Aerated for breathability, lightweight, non-toxic, may be worn in the shower.
- Optional washable covers add attractive appearance and provide a soft interface between brace and skin.
