Patient Recall System

We’ll identify your patients approaching their annual renewal date for diabetic shoes. Friendly reminders help to build better relationships with your patients and maintain retention.

How it works:

      1.  Order shoes/inserts from SureFit
      2.  Our system will send you a reminder when your patient has reached their annual due date for new shoes
      3.  Contact your patient via phone call, email, postcard or letter to schedule their appointment
      4.  See your returning patient
Reminders are typically run each quarter but can be run for any time period you need. Contact your account representative for more information about the Patient Recall System.
