KAFO Lower Component Wheaton Brace AFO

The lower component (Wheaton Brace, AFO) is designed to apply a 3-point correction for the adductus/varus foot. It comes in two series - the MTA series with the ankle at 15° plantarflexion to prevent iatrogenic heel valgus during correction in the younger infant, and the TEV-CRB series with the ankle at 90° dorsiflexion (neutral position), necessary for the infant with clubfoot, and toddlers.
